Growing up, Nardia Sheriff always wanted to be a writer. Well, that and a lawyer in the Navy; thank you, Tom Cruise. Alas, a fear of gigantic boats and rough seas saw her choose marketing over law, but her childhood dream of being an author never faded.
Currently writing her first novel, Nardia recently took time out from the rat race to travel around the country in a caravan with her two favourite little people and her truck-driving hubby. Inspired by incredible landscapes and with a desire to share some of the little known history of our country, Nardia now has dozens of ideas for stories that will no doubt see her writing for decades to come.
Nardia writes rural romantic suspense and contemporary fiction and enjoys creating stories with reversed gender roles or that leave the reader trying to figure out the twist or unexpected element. She dipped her toes in the pool of erotic short story writing in 2017, and as a result features in the inaugural Romance Writers of Australia Spicy Bites anthology – Spicy Bites Tattoo – which can be purchased via Amazon here.
